THE MODERN MOVE REAL ESTATE
Sierra came to us with stunning new designs, logos and colors that immediately elevated our brand image to a level that we could have never reached ourselves.
She took the time to really understand our vision, mission and all the other details that made our business what it is. She implemented modern designs which I loved, because they made us stand out from all the other traditional real estate brands. The designs really aligned with our new name "The Modern Move".
Sierra also gave us a ton of different designed brand images and templates that we still use today. Once we started using her designs, our ads were doing MUCH better and we were able to get a ton of ROI on our paid ads because they simply caught people's attention. To this day, the ads we run using Sierra's designs have performed the best.
As of now, we have grown our team to a total of 8 and have been able to establish great relationships with the apartment building community where we often get recognized by the staff due to our social media presence and branding. -

Sierra was not only a joy to work with but has exponentially elevated my business! She initially created a new brand identity for me which seamlessly took my ideas and designed unique logos, business cards, and brand colors.
Two years later, I needed a new website and knew just who to call. Since launching my new website I have seen an increase in visitors, more leads directly from Google, and double the amount of Pageviews in only 6 months compared to a full year on my last site. I’ve gotten so many messages saying my website looks just like me!
I will continue to work with her as she brings a fresh insight into creative marketing and branding. Her work consistently stands out and I can’t wait to work with her again! -

In terms of acquisition we are looking at $1-1.4m. branding, especially in the industry we were working in at the time was the single most important piece. You have to have something that’s flashy, catchy groovy, cool.
the way we presented the project at the time, we ended up raising close to $900k all based on decks and things that we presented — a lot of which came from images and, cool artifacts that you generated.
The branding is pretty much the most important piece that we have towards the project, even though the actual world (microverse) itself took nearly 1,000 hours to build the presentation, the delivery and overarching personality of the project boiled down to how we were able to present it to people interested.
When they [investors] saw everything you put together, it solidified the fact that this was a project that took time, a lot of energy and passion to build together.
